David Brooks
Welcome to my blog. I am your host, David Brooks, appearing on your screen from the southern suburbs of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. I am the author of several fiction suspense/thriller novels and short stories and I also write articles for Associated Content.
Along with writing, I enjoy working with web development and recently completed two years of classes at Hennepin Technical College to learn more about the art. Some of the web sites I have created include BrooksBooks Library, NextDoor BookStore, and Xtreme Sound Systems.
My son, Michael, is a Sophomore at Minnesota State University at Moorhead and majoring in Japanese. He is currently planning on spending his entire Junior year experiencing the culture first hand in a study abroad program.
When not creating stories or web pages, I enjoy Fantasy Football, Disc-Golf, Pool, and Ping-Pong.
